BromöllaHem owns and manages around 1,000 residential properties and 50 commercial spaces in Bromölla and its surroundings. We strive to provide good service and well-maintained housing for our tenants. Our goal and focus are to contribute to our tenants' quality of life in various ways.

We envision standard-raising initiatives for the existing property portfolio and increased tenant influence and service. We see ourselves as an obvious part of Bromölla's development and growth. Bromöllabolagen works together and shares certain functions and personnel resources among the companies.

We currently have about 30 colleagues, and we work sustainably to support each other. In this recruitment, we collaborate with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a structured, unpretentious, and communicative property manager who wants to be part of our company. You easily build trusting relationships, both internally and externally, and have a solution-focused approach to work. As a manager at BromöllaHem, you will have a broad and developing assignment. You will be responsible for the company's residential properties and commercial spaces. You will report to the property manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for budget, results, and profitability within your property portfolio.
  • Ensure that maintenance and operations are of high quality.
  • Work with technical and economic analysis to develop the portfolio.
  • Drive improvement work related to energy efficiency and sustainable management.
  • Plan and follow up on maintenance plans, investments, and insurance matters.
  • Lead and participate in small and medium-sized projects.
  • Contribute to a close dialogue with our tenants and partners.
  • Actively work for sustainable solutions and satisfied tenants.

Your Background/Your Qualities

You should have:

  • Relevant university education in construction technology, property management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in managing residential and commercial properties.
  • Good economic understanding and experience working with budgets and forecasts.
  • Experience in project management and procurement roles.
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite and super-user of property management systems is considered an advantage.
  • Technical competence with an understanding of systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and security is considered an advantage.
  • You need to have a B driver's license.

You are a confident and engaged person who enjoys responsibility and is driven by seeing results and working purposefully. You combine business acumen with care for people and the environment. With your problem-solving ability and good communication style – both orally and in writing – you contribute to secure collaborations and satisfied customers. You see working digitally as a given, and you have good computer skills.
